Gait alteration can be described as an alteration in the way a person walks. This can often be described as walking 'robotic' or 'zombie-like'.
Gait alteration is often accompanied by other coinciding effects such as motor control loss and sedation. It is most commonly induced under the influence of moderate dosages of dissociatives such as, ketamine, and especially DXM. However, it may also occur to a lesser extent under the influence of other compounds such as depressants, psychedelics and deliriants.
