@David Hedlund: Barring extenuating circumstances like the discussion containing sensitive information or mutual agreement between parties, the discussions on Talk pages are not deleted on the principle. This is the primary function of the Talk page. Ideally there would be another section just for Drafts but this can't be done on the current version of MediaWiki. --Clarity (talk) 19:57, 28 January 2018 (CET)
