During my early days of testing RCs I managed to get hold of a 3-FEA sample.
I'll be describing some of the effects of 3-FEA insufflated, as my research on oral doses was mostly inconclusive. Since I snorted I can't really give any specific dosages, sorry.
My usual low-dose was roughly 20 - 30 milligrams eyeballed. The burn of 3-FEA is horrible. Similar, but way more intense than even the cleanest street amphetamine. Something to be prepared for. Also since it's less potent than amphetamine you even need proportionally more to feel the same effects.
Within about 10 minutes there was a subtle but peaceful feeling of joy and happiness, faintly reminiscent to that of MDMA but with a very clear headspace like that of amphetamine. I didn't notice any hyperactivity. Everything just seemed so normal and I could still communicate normally with others.
Testing higher dosages was challenging though. Pupils noticeably dilated, and now I would start blurting out whatever comes to my mind, very similar to how I would on MDMA, which is not always a good thing. Teeth grinding was also pretty intense. The headspace was still very clear, or it seemed to be, I'm not sure. The comedown was very harsh and abrupt, depression and anxiety were pronounced and didn't seem to go away quickly like on your typical stim binge and sleeping is impossible for at least 8 hours.
The next day (of repeated dosing) I was out of it until noon.
In conclusion this one is pretty much a cross between Amphetamine and MDMA, nothing remarkably special to say about it. For me personally I don't see any huge potential in it, also pretty sure because of its serotonin-releasing properties it's unfit to use this multiple times in a row.
